En el siguiente mapa se muestran los IOF desglosados en Planes t\u00e9cnicos de gesti\u00f3n y mejora forestal (PTGMF) (fincas de m\u00e1s de 25 ha en verde) y los Planes simples de gesti\u00f3n forestal (PSGF) (fincas de menos de 25 ha en azul) vigentes en 2023 por el conjunto del macizo.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=\u00bb1\/4&#8243;][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=\u00bb1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=\u00bb8129&#8243; img_size=\u00bbfull\u00bb alignment=\u00bbcenter\u00bb][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=\u00bb1\/4&#8243;][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row full_width=\u00bbstretch_row\u00bb bg_type=\u00bbbg_color\u00bb css=\u00bb.vc_custom_1713265990922{padding-top: 80px !important;padding-bottom: 80px !important;}\u00bb bg_color_value=\u00bb#eff4d0&#8243;][vc_column][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=\u00bb1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text css=\u00bb.vc_custom_1723457092442{margin-bottom: 25px !important;}\u00bb]Adem\u00e1s, la Asociaci\u00f3n a lo largo de este tiempo ha desarrollado varios Planes t\u00e9cnicos de gesti\u00f3n y mejora forestal conjuntos ( PTGMFc ). Se trata de un documento de planificaci\u00f3n forestal de referencia sobre un territorio mayor que una finca con caracter\u00edsticas homog\u00e9neas. En nuestro caso, los l\u00edmites coinciden con los de uno o m\u00e1s t\u00e9rminos municipales o parte de los t\u00e9rminos municipales. Los PTGMFc redactados por la Asociaci\u00f3n en el macizo hasta 2023 son los siguientes:[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"standard-arrow bullet-top\"><ul>\n<li>San Celoni y Vallgorguina<\/li>\n<li>San Isculo de Vallalta<\/li>\n<li>Dosr\u00edos<\/li>\n<li>Llinars del Vall\u00e8s y Villalba-Sasserra<\/li>\n<li>Matar\u00f3<\/li>\n<li>Tordera suroeste (en fase de aprobaci\u00f3n)<\/li>\n<li>Tordera centro (en redacci\u00f3n)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>[vc_empty_space][vc_column_text css=\u00bb.vc_custom_1723457301108{margin-bottom: 25px !important;}\u00bb]Los PTGMFc permiten:[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"standard-arrow bullet-top\"><ul>\n<li>Facilitar el acceso a la planificaci\u00f3n forestal de fincas peque\u00f1as, disgregadas y sin gesti\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Realizar planeamientos a mayor escala incorporando criterios generales en la planificaci\u00f3n de fincas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>[\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=\u00bb1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text css=\u00bb.vc_custom_1723457391395{margin-bottom: 25px !important;}\u00bb]Para utilizar esta herramienta es necesario que un propietario sin plan de ordenaci\u00f3n que desee obtener uno a partir del PTGMFc realice el proceso de adhesi\u00f3n, que consiste en un recorte del PTGMFc en el \u00e1mbito de su finca que puede incorporar modificaciones (adaptaci\u00f3n PTGMFc ) o no (adhesi\u00f3n directa).[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=\u00bb8131&#8243;
